Ian Jefferson

Ian Jefferson is a Presidential Management Intern with the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Mr. Jefferson is a recent graduate of the Master in Public Policy program at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and a former research associate at the Preventive Defense Project and the Institute for Foreign Policy Analsysis. Prior to graduate school, Mr. Jefferson spent two years in Russia working in consulting and the oil industry. He speaks fluent Russian and received his B.A. from Emory University.

Leila Jenkins

Leila Jenkins is Chief Investment Officer of Locke Capital Management, a global investment advisory firm. She was previously at Bankers Trust Company in New York and London as Head of Emerging Markets Investment Management. Prior to that, Ms. Jenkins worked as a money manager and international management consultant focusing on cross-border issues in over 40 countries. Ms. Jenkins is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Graduate School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University, teaching a seminar in International Consulting. She completed her MPA at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and holds a BA in Economics from Boston College.

Celeste Johnson

Celeste Johnson is an analyst with the Congressional Budget Office. She previously served with DFI International in Washington, DC. Ms. Johnson has served in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and with the Harvard-Stanford Preventive Defense Project co-chaired by William J. Perry and Ashton B. Carter. Johnson holds a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
