Jill Quinton

Jill Quinton is a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. She is currently attached to the Navy Strategy and Concepts Division, developing the maritime aspects of the National Security and National Military Strategies. Past positions have included a Fellowship at the Center for Naval Analysis, Assistant Operations Officer for Commander, Amphibious Squadron SEVEN in San Diego, and Electronics Warfare and Operations Intelligence Officer for USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC 19) in Yokosuka, Japan. She holds a B.S. in Political Science from the U.S. Naval Academy.
