Derek Reveron
Derek Reveron is an Associate Professor of National Security Affairs at the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. He received a diploma from the Naval War College, an MA in political science and a Ph.D. in public policy analysis from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He specializes in U.S. foreign policy, civil-military relations, and intelligence. He is the author of Promoting Democracy in the Post-Soviet Region (2002), the editor of America’s Viceroys: the Military and U.S. Foreign Policy (2004), and the co-editor of Flashpoints in the War on Terrorism (2006). His numerous book chapters and articles have appeared in Orbis, Defense and Security Analysis, International Journal of Intelligence and Counterintelligence, Low Intensity Conflict & Law Enforcement, and the National Review Online. Additionally, he sits on the editorial board for the Defense Intelligence Journal and the Naval War College Review. Before joining the Naval War College faculty, Dr. Reveron taught political science at the Joint Military Intelligence College, National Defense University, and the U.S. Naval Academy. As an officer in the Navy Reserves, he has held a various positions with NR VP-90, Atlantic Intelligence Command, Office of Naval Intelligence, Joint Analysis Center (European Command), Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, and the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Keith
Reynolds
Kevin
Reynolds is currently the Navy Aide de Camp for the Commandant
of the Marine Corps, responsible for the planning and implementation
of the Commandant's daily schedule in his capacity as a Service
Chief and member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. His professional
interests surround non-proliferation and homeland defense policy.
He has over 1800 hours as Pilot in Command in the P-3C "Orion"
aircraft. Previous miliatry assignments include: Internship with
the Joint Staff, White House Social Aide, Arms Control Inspector,
and Squadron Operations Officer. He holds a BS from Georgetown
University and a MPA from Harvard University's Kennedy School
of Government.

University of Pennsylvania with a BA with honors in Political Science and

Robison
William Robison
is Vice President of Global Initiatives at The Bay Area Council, a
business-sponsored, public policy advocacy organization founded to
promote regional economic prosperity. Previously, William worked
as a Director at Eurasia Group, a New York-based independent
research and consulting firm specializing in global political risk
analysis for financial institutions, multinational corporations
and governments. Prior, he worked as an Assistant Director of
U.S. Business Programs at the Asia Society in New York, and
Congressional Analyst at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in
Washington, DC.
William holds an
M.Sc in European and International Relations from Edinburgh
University (Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar), an MA in Government
from Essex University (Chevening Scholar), and a BA in American
Studies from the University of California, Davis.

David Rothenberg
David Rothenberg is the President &
CEO of MDLinx, Inc., an e-Health company located in Washington,
DC. MDLinx provides physicians in over 141 different countries
with access to the latest clinical research. Prior to joining
MDLinx, Dave was an advisor to Ambassador William Taylor at the
State Department’s Office of U.S. Assistance to Europe and
Eurasia. He has also worked at the International Rescue Committee
(Tbilisi, Georgia), Lutheran World Relief (Nairobi, Kenya), and
the Legal Resources Foundation (Bulawayo, Zimbabwe). Dave
received his A.B. from Princeton University, his M.Phil. from the
University of Cambridge, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Dave has published articles on ethnic conflict in Sri Lanka and
Somalia, is a member Council on Foreign Relations, and a Director
of Princeton-in-Africa. |

David
Rowe is an assistant professor of political science at Ohio State
University and a former executive director of the Aspen Strategy
Group. He received his Ph.D. from Duke University. He has published
work on U.S.-Japan relations, economic sanctions, and the relationship
between economics and security. He is currently writing a book
that traces the fundamental causes of World War I to the rapid
globalization of the world economy in the late-nineteenth and
early twentieth centuries.

Noah
Rubins is an attorney at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue in Washington,
DC, specializing in international arbitration and litigation.
Noah has published extensively in the field of international arbitration
and has appeared as a speaker at seminars and conferences around
the world, addressing current dispute resolution issues. Before
joining Jones Day, Noah founded a foreign policy think tank in
Kyrgyzstan, served with the U.S. Department of State in Russia,
and worked in law offices in Turkey, France, New York, and Houston.
He earned his A.B. from Brown University, a J.D. from Harvard
Law School, and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the
Fletcher School at Tufts University.
